How much do we pay you?

30% of our fee income

All future 'Send money' fees of your progenies, including fees earned from payments made to merchants, qualify. Your revenue share will be credited to your Moneybookers account in a daily batch payment.

Extra €300 for you and your friend

If your friend first send money transaction is to one of our merchants and of at least €10,000 we will also credit:

• €200 bonus in your account


• €100 bonus in your friend’s account

How do I refer my friends?

• Option 1: Check the referral check box every time you send a payment. When the recipient signs up to claim the payment, you will automatically be marked as his referrer!
  
  
• Option 2: Get your referral link and put it in your email signature, on your web site, or just send it to friends. If a person clicks on your link and joins Moneybookers, you are automatically marked as his referrer!
  
  
• Option 3: If your friend did not use your referral link, you can still be marked as his referrer after registration when he enters your referral ID by clicking on the 'Who referred you?' link below. This option will only be available within 14 days after registration.

Conditions of Offer:

• Moneybookers reserves the right to disallow any person as an originator.
  
  
• Deposit and withdrawal fees are excluded.
  
  
• Referral payments for any given transaction are limited to 0.6% of the transaction value.
  
  
• Referral payments are limited to EUR 1000 during the first year of registration for each progeny.
  
  
• Moneybookers' decisions on who is the originator of a given progeny are absolutely final and are not subject to discussion.
  
  
• Funds received from existing Moneybookers accounts do not qualify for the €300 extra bonus.
  
  
• Moneybookers reserves the right to discontinue or change the reward scheme, or any other aspect of the program at any time.
  
  
• By checking the referral box you agree and give consent to Moneybookers to collect, use and disclose any personal information, including but not limited to email addresses, full names and addresses, you may submit for the purposes of administering the program and referral rewards, set forth in these conditions, and set forth in our Privacy Policy. Any third party personally identifiable information will only be used for the purpose for which it was collected. To learn additional information on how the personal information collected in connection with the Program may be used, individuals should refer to the Moneybookers Privacy Policy.
  
  
• Moneybookers does not allow to bid on keywords within ‘search engine marketing’ applications (e.g. Google Ad words, Overture or Yahoo), which contain brand and assortment specific terms from Moneybookers. Directly linking to Moneybookers.com using search engine campaigns is strictly forbidden.
  
  
• If Moneybookers determines in its sole discretion that you have not complied with these conditions, it may, in addition to any other rights and remedies it may have against you, immediately and without notice to you, withdraw all benefits to you under the Refer a Friend Program (including, without limitation, by cancelling or declining to credit any and all referral payments issued or to be issued to you in connection with the program and, by declining to send or stopping from being sent, any referral payments).
  

Carlos Poker Promotion Terms and Conditions.

1. This promotion is operated by Moneybookers Limited (“Moneybookers”).

2. Participants must be a customer of Moneybookers at the time of entering the promotion. The offer for the promotion is personal and cannot be transferred to third parties.

3. The following terms and conditions set out the legal rules applicable to this promotion (the "Terms"). Participants shall be bound by these rules upon entering the promotion and are advised to read and understand these Terms carefully before entering.

4. The qualifying period for the promotion is 16th June 2008 to 31st December 2008, midnight ("Qualifying Period").

5. To qualify for the promotion, a participant has to deposit at least EUR 1,000 in his first single transaction in your Moneybookers account and send this amount to Carlos Poker (http://www.carlospoker.com). He will receive a credit of 10% on the amount of this first deposit into his Moneybookers account.

6. The maximum bonus a participant can achieve is EUR 500. For the avoidance of doubt, the bonus will only be paid on the first deposit ever in the participants Moneybookers account, and the promotion does not apply for funds received from another Moneybookers customer.

7. The participating account-owners will be notified by email once the bonus will be credited to their account.

8. Employees of Moneybookers or any company involved in the promotion, or any such person's subsidiary or associated companies, agents or members of their families or households, are not eligible to enter the promotion. Moneybookers reserves the right to verify the eligibility of all entrants.

9. Moneybookers reserves the right to withhold the bonus, if Moneybookers has indications, that the deposited funds were purposefully not used on www.carlospoker.com.

10. The promotion and the terms and conditions of this agreement will be governed by English law.
